📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process transactions, including cash, credit, and debit payments, accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking products and ensuring shelves are well-organized.
• Handle customer complaints or issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Promote products and services to customers, highlighting new arrivals and special offers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restrooms and common areas.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet daily sales targets.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
