📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead quality initiatives and projects to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Conduct audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality control best practices.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure all quality control activities are documented and reported in accordance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
• Certification in quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or ICH Q7, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including ICH GCP, GLP, and GMP.
• Proficient in using quality management software, such as SAP QM or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
