📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction and maintenance projects across Bali.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on all project sites.
• Use AutoCAD and Procore to manage project documentation and communication.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and quality.
• Train and mentor junior staff to build a skilled and motivated team.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless integration of all project components.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on civil works.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Procore.
