📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Handle food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, using our in-house POS system.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized outlet, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
• Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records using our cash handling system.
• Promote our menu items and special offers to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new products and service standards.
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor, ensuring timely resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to engage with diverse customer groups.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented setting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and service standards.
• Good physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle the demands of a busy outlet.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or retail industry is a plus.
• Must be able to start immediately and be available for flexible shifts.
