📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain packaging machines and equipment to ensure efficient and safe packaging of products.
• Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging.
• Label and package products according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Load and unload products onto and from transport vehicles.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist in training and mentoring new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in packaging or related roles.
• Familiarity with packaging machines and equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license (preferred).
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
