As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional patient care. Your daily tasks will include assisting audiologists in conducting hearing tests, fitting hearing aids, and providing patient education. You will work closely with our team of audiologists, hearing aid specialists, and support staff to ensure that each patient receives personalized and comprehensive hearing care services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist audiologists in conducting hearing tests using advanced audiometric equipment.
• Fit and dispense hearing aids, ensuring proper fitting and patient comfort.
• Provide patient education on hearing health, hearing aid care, and management.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, including sterilizing equipment and supplies.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
• Support the audiologists and hearing aid specialists in various clinical procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of hearing tests and evaluations.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare or hearing care setting.
• Familiarity with audiometric equipment and hearing aid fitting procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Basic knowledge of English is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
