📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of event supplies and services.
• Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and catering.
• Ensure all event details are prepared and executed according to timelines and checklists.
• Monitor event progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
• Work closely with the event planning team to ensure seamless event execution.
• Assist in post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of event operations and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event operations or a similar role.
• Proficient in using event management software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
