📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements for enterprise applications.
• Create and maintain technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement using ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain business process models and diagrams.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new applications and systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT and business analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience with JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in ITIL, PMP, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
