As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, then leverage your expertise in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HRIS platforms to find the perfect match. You’ll also get hands-on experience with On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs, ensuring our candidates are well-prepared for their new roles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job analysis and posting to candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Utilize recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and HRIS platforms to streamline the hiring process.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure the best fit for both the client and the candidate.
• Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) to new hires to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.
• Collaborate with the Trust Recruit team to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.
• Meet and exceed performance targets to ensure client satisfaction and team success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a full-cycle role.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and software, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
