📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate customs clearance processes for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable customs regulations and international standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor and report on customs compliance metrics and trends.
• Provide training and support to staff on customs compliance procedures.
• Stay updated with changes in customs regulations and industry best practices.
• Resolve customs-related issues and disputes promptly and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs compliance and logistics operations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with customs software and systems, such as SAP or similar logistics management tools.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in customs compliance or a related field is a plus.
