In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of our trading platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our clients and the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of the financial markets, and a passion for innovation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development and enhancement of the trading platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our clients and the market.,Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality products.,Define and prioritize product features and improvements based on market research and client feedback.,Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for innovation.,Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.,Ensure the trading platform is user-friendly, secure, and compliant with regulatory requirements.,Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch support.,Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry.,Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and related technologies.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-quality products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
