In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.,Develop and maintain relationships with service providers, mechanics, and other stakeholders.,Provide training and support to junior coordinators and drivers.,Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and other necessary items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
