📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement competitive and market-aligned compensation and benefits programs.,Conduct regular reviews and adjustments to compensation and benefits packages to ensure they remain attractive and competitive.,Lead the design and implementation of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.,Collaborate with HR and other department heads to ensure compensation and benefits strategies are integrated with overall business strategy.,Analyze and interpret compensation data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.,Provide guidance and support to the HR team on compensation-related matters.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.,Represent Padini at industry events and conferences to build our brand and network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with the last 5 years in a senior executive role.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compensation and benefits programs.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HRIS and compensation software is a plus.,Experience in the Retail/FMCG industry is a strong advantage.
