Depot Budi Kebab is looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production processes. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are produced efficiently and meet the highest quality standards. This position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within Maros, Sulawesi Selatan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that deadlines are met.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products meet the required standards.,Manage and mentor production staff to ensure they are performing at their best.,Implement and maintain safety protocols in the production area.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management.,Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food production industry.,Proven track record of managing production processes and teams.,Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with remote work and communication tools.,Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.,Experience with ERP or production management software is a plus.
