This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our culinary excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement menus that reflect the latest culinary trends and customer preferences.,Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.,Monitor food costs and implement strategies to optimize profitability.,Participate in regular meetings and contribute to the strategic planning of the culinary department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the culinary industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing culinary operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
