📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure team members are meeting their targets.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any issues.,Provide training and development opportunities to team members.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement.,Manage schedules and ensure all team members are accounted for.,Handle employee relations and resolve any conflicts that may arise.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Experience with team building and motivation techniques.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
