📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees in the use of IT systems and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to users on the use of IT systems.,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems and services.,Collaborate with other IT team members to improve and optimize IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a plus.
