📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on company policies.,Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as training and development, performance management, and employee engagement.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis to support decision-making.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing HR documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
