📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of HRIS modules such as payroll, recruitment, and performance management.
- Provide technical support to HR staff, addressing any issues or queries related to the HRIS.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems.
- Stay updated with the latest HRIS trends and technologies, and recommend improvements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and development programs for HR staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS or a similar role.
- Proficient in using HRIS software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
