As an AVP of HNW Underwriting in Bali, you'll be responsible for evaluating the risks associated with high net worth clients and determining the appropriate insurance coverage and premiums. You'll also be responsible for managing the underwriting process, from initial application to policy issuance, and ensuring that all policies are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Evaluate the risks associated with high net worth clients and determine the appropriate insurance coverage and premiums.
• Manage the underwriting process, from initial application to policy issuance, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, providing them with exceptional service and support.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for insurance coverage to underwriters and brokers.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to ensure that our underwriting practices are up-to-date and effective.
• Provide guidance and support to junior underwriters and brokers, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the Great Eastern team in Bali to ensure that our clients receive the best possible coverage and service.
• Represent Great Eastern in client meetings and other professional events, promoting our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in underwriting, with a strong background in risk assessment and client relationship management.
• Certified Professional in Risk Management (CPRM) or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of insurance laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proven track record of success in managing high net worth clients and providing exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
