📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of team activities.,Ensure that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.,Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the team leader.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Assist in the development of training programs for team members.,Ensure that all team members are adhering to company policies and procedures.,Assist in the resolution of any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
