📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounting department, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.,Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management and board of directors.,Monitor and control the company's budget and expenses.,Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
