📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for barista trainees.,Assess and evaluate trainee progress to ensure they meet performance standards.,Provide guidance and support to trainees to help them overcome challenges and improve their skills.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends, techniques, and industry best practices.,Collaborate with the team to create a positive and engaging learning environment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with trainees and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a barista or coffee instructor.,Proven track record of teaching and mentoring others.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with coffee industry standards and certifications is a plus.
