📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading a section of the organization, including setting goals and ensuring that team members are meeting them.,Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the section, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the section.,Coaching and mentoring team members to help them grow and develop their skills.,Ensuring that the section is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Representing the section at meetings with other departments and stakeholders.,Evaluating the performance of team members and providing feedback and guidance.,Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise within the section.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or organization.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.,A proven track record of success in achieving goals and objectives.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
