In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all products are manufactured according to quality standards and deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all products are manufactured according to quality standards.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer deadlines and requirements.,Monitor and control production costs, ensuring that the company remains profitable and competitive.,Train and mentor junior staff members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.,Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet the required standards.,Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that production goals are aligned with business objectives.,Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production data, including inventory levels, production schedules, and quality control results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as industrial engineering, production management, or a similar discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of production processes, including manufacturing, assembly, and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both team members and senior management.,Proficient in the use of production management software and tools, such as ERP systems, MRP systems, and quality control software.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, OSHA, and other applicable laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
