📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records,Handle employee benefits and compensation,Coordinate employee training and development programs,Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Assist in the resolution of employee concerns and conflicts,Support the HR team in other administrative tasks as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
