📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and edit technical documentation, manuals, and other written materials.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.,Review and proofread documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Adapt and update existing documentation to reflect changes in products or services.,Assist in developing and implementing technical writing processes and procedures.,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving technical writing standards and practices.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communication, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong command of Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Experience in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
