Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the kitchen.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to achieve high performance standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food service industry.,Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.,Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
